Ramblings of A Fool
In the end, a fool is a fool
Merely for believing that he could
Reach the stars and hug the moon
And have his name inscribed in runes
In the end, a fool is a fool
For letting the uncertain rule
Believing in things he can't confirm
In hopes that faith will reaffirm
In the end, a fool is a fool
For holding on a thread of wool
That a time will come for him to prove
His worth in life, that he had improved
In the end, a fool is a fool
No worth in life, none he could do
A man without a name, a pride to proclaim
Only a fool to laugh at, best at bringing shame
